3.0 TERMS OF SUPPLY
3.1. Once an order is placed you will be sent an acknowledgement of receipt by email.
3.2. When the goods have been dispatched you will be emailed a dispatch confirmation email.
3.3. The Contract between us will commence when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
3.4. If we are unable to supply you with any goods, we will inform you of this by e-mail and your order will not be processed. Any sums paid in respect of goods not supplied and delivery as appropriate will be refunded.
3.5 We use best endeavours to ensure that all descriptions and representations of goods available correspond to the goods supplied. However such descriptions and/or representations are simply indicative and the actual packaging of the goods may vary.
4.0 RIGHT TO CANCEL
4.1. As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel a Contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. during the period as clause 4.3.
4.2. The right to cancel does not apply for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly or any Goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after their delivery.
4.3. The right to cancel a Contract commences with the issue date and time of the Dispatch Confirmation. Your deadline for cancelling the Contract then depends on what you have ordered and how it is delivered, as set out below:
(a) If your Contract is for a single item (which is not delivered in instalments on separate days), the end date is the end of 14 days after the day on which you receive the Goods.
(b) If your Contract is for either one item (which is delivered in instalments on separate days) or multiple items (which are delivered on separate days), the end date is 14 days after the day on which you receive the last instalment of the Goods or the last of the separate Goods ordered.
4.4. To cancel a Contract, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel, as set out in clause 1.2 above.
4.5. If you cancel your Contract we will refund the price you paid for the goods returned unopened and undamaged.
4.6. If you have returned the Goods to us under clause 4 because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Goods in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
4.7. We will make any refund to the credit card or debit card or account used by you to pay.
4.8. If Goods have been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your Contract:
(a) then, unless we otherwise notify you, you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the Contract.
(b) unless the Goods are faulty or not as described (in this case, see clause 5.6), you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us. 5.9. Because you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply Goods that are in conformity with this Contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Goods that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in clause 4 or anything else in these Terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
5.0 DELIVERY
5.1. Our Dispatch Confirmation will notify our estimated timescale for delivery.
5.2. Order will be complete once our carrier delivers all the goods to the address supplied and the Goods then become your responsibility.
6.0 PRICE OF GOODS, DELIVERY CHARGES AND PAYMENT
6.1. The price of the goods is as indicated on our website at the time of order. We endeavour to ensure that the prices of Goods are correct at the time when they are put on our website.
6.2. Prices for our Goods maybe revised, but changes will not affect any orders already pending.
6.3. The price of the goods excludes delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the online check-out process.
6.4. You can only pay for Goods using a debit card, credit card or by PayPal. Payment for the Goods and all applicable delivery charges is to be made in advance and we will charge your debit card, credit card or PayPal account at the time you submit your order. In the event that we are unable to process or accept your order we will refund any amounts you have paid in advance in full.
6.5. We offer free delivery on all orders above £42 in goods value to
mainland UK. Orders below £42 in goods value will be charged £6.50
delivery costs to mainland UK.
Orders for delivery to Highlands and Islands, Isle of Mann, Isle of
Wight, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles will be charged at
£12.95 up to 26Kg in weight.
Orders for delivery to Channel Islands will be charged at £15.50 up to
26Kg in weight.
